75000 mile checkup and low tire pressure light I came in with my problems. I was treated respectfully, My concerns wee addressed. The tech noticed that my registration was expired I of course told I came in with my problems. I was treated respectfully, My concerns wee addressed. The tech noticed that my registration was expired I of course told him to have my car inspected. During the inspection two problems came up. The tech told me of the problems and the approximaae cost, The work was completed in a quick professional manner. I am very pleased with the dealership. More

Waste of time I would not recommend this dealership for service or for anything else. I would give it a minus zero star if I had the option. We had our 2012 Kia O I would not recommend this dealership for service or for anything else. I would give it a minus zero star if I had the option. We had our 2012 Kia Optima towed in due to engine failure. We felt it was covered under SC147 but all they did was plug in the diagnose machine and deem it was not eligible. They did not even open the hood and look at the engine because I asked. Our service adviser Eddie was agitated that 3 different people called about the car because I called him out on why he gave each one of us a different reason why it wasn't covered. They wanted $600 to investigate. The car was originally towed to an independent shop was we were told metal shavings (which is what the recall was for) were clogging the values resulting in engine failure but South Hills Kia just spent 2 minutes and deemed they weren't liable. Not worth anyone's time. You are better off going somewhere else! More
