Disappointed When I brought my car in, I told the young man (Eddie) taking my info that I needed a front driver side fog light. He said that would be taken care o When I brought my car in, I told the young man (Eddie) taking my info that I needed a front driver side fog light. He said that would be taken care of during Inspection. I assumed that it had been taken care of because I have always had superior service from South Hills Kia. However, when I got home, the light was still out and has remained out (this is not a case of sometimes light is on and sometimes it is off). I'm disappointed and I wonder how thorough the Inspection actually was. More

Unhappy with service department experience We called to schedule an appt. and was told it was 9:40. The my reminder came and it said appt. time was 1:00. Called to inquire which time was corr We called to schedule an appt. and was told it was 9:40. The my reminder came and it said appt. time was 1:00. Called to inquire which time was correct and was transferred twice and third person said our appt. was 9:40 but see Matt first. My husband is very upset in the way your phone calls are handled from past experiences also so we brought in our car for gas mileage update only and took our car elsewhere for inspection even though it was supposed to be free at your service center. Then we got a call and Email saying our car was serviced and ready for pick up, but we never left the car at your service dept. I wrote Email to G. Brown and Matt Shoemaker telling of my experience because I received Emails from both of them and neither one replied when I ask what was going on in there service department that everything was so disorganized. No response from either of them in over a week. We bought our car from Eddie and we were so happy with him and used you service department many times since. But is seems to get more complicated every time we try to contact the service dept. My husband says especially since when you got to the new building. Very unhappy with service department and probably will not use again except for mileage and recall unless we can find another KIA dealer not too far away. More
