I've had two follow up services, since I purchased my KIA Since I purchased my 2018 KIA Optima, I've had two services completed. They changed oil and oil filters both times, as well as the air filter on the Since I purchased my 2018 KIA Optima, I've had two services completed. They changed oil and oil filters both times, as well as the air filter on the motor, and checked the cabin filter, but did not have to replace it on the second visit. They performed tire rotations and a PA state inspection on the second visit. Both were done well and in a reasonable amount of time ( I waited both times). They also did two warranty services. More

Service at Kia South Hills Sent my car in for a dome light repair and ended up getting 2 recalls done and the dome light left not working as it was covered under warranty and wa Sent my car in for a dome light repair and ended up getting 2 recalls done and the dome light left not working as it was covered under warranty and was too expensive to repair. I appreciate the proactive recall fixes, but I don’t think I was given the option to have it done, think they just called and said they did it. Second issue is that it Took 3 weeks to get an appt; thirdly, when I bought car there I was told it would be washed after every service and when my son picked it up about 4:00 it was dirty. I have had good service there in past, maybe this was just a bad month. More
