I appreciate the proactive recall fixes, but I don’t think I was given the option to have it done, think they just called and said they did it. Second issue is that it Took 3 weeks to get an appt; thirdly, when I bought car there I was told it would be washed after every service and when my son picked it up about 4:00 it was dirty. Not trustworthy Took them two weeks before I could even get an appointment. One of the services they were to perform was to rotate my tires and check for the leak I h Took them two weeks before I could even get an appointment. However they did not rotate my tires. The tire that leaks 10psi a week is still in the same spot. Doubt they checked for the leak either. More

Car inspection. I didn't realize until Sunday evening that my registration had expired and I thought I would have to reschedule. But after talking to the service tech I didn't realize until Sunday evening that my registration had expired and I thought I would have to reschedule. But after talking to the service technician he kept my spot open until I was able to go to run to AAA when they opened. I was back at KIA within the hour and the shuttle was ready to take me to work. Professional, efficient and friendly. I recommend the dealership highly. More
