Super quick service. My Optima had to be towed to KIA South Hills due to a blown tire from hitting a massive pot hole on I79. Easy but had to call this time I usually make an appt. on the website but it was not working so I had to call. Staff was friendly and took care of making the appt. for me. Not trustworthy Took them two weeks before I could even get an appointment. One of the services they were to perform was to rotate my tires and check for the leak I h Took them two weeks before I could even get an appointment. One of the services they were to perform was to rotate my tires and check for the leak I have in one of the tires. He said the tires were rotated and they were not able to find the leak. However they did not rotate my tires. The tire that leaks 10psi a week is still in the same spot. Doubt they checked for the leak either. More

I've mentioned it a couple times and I'm told they were busy or it's cold or they forgot. Ironically, the car wash next door is always busy. Unsure why they don't deliver that promise?? More

Car inspection. I didn't realize until Sunday evening that my registration had expired and I thought I would have to reschedule. But after talking to the service tech I didn't realize until Sunday evening that my registration had expired and I thought I would have to reschedule. But after talking to the service technician he kept my spot open until I was able to go to run to AAA when they opened. I was back at KIA within the hour and the shuttle was ready to take me to work. Professional, efficient and friendly. I recommend the dealership highly. More
