Eddie was clutch my wife delivered a baby just days before my 2019 F150 was in your shop for a warranty wheel bearing. Our 2010 edge had a battery go bad that was put in by y'all, it was past the 36 mo before my 2019 F150 was in your shop for a warranty wheel bearing. Our 2010 edge had a battery go bad that was put in by y'all, it was past the 36 month warranty. Eddie leaving no stone unturned found out the battery had a pro rate warranty still. Your shop was busy and would have to have the car for a couple days to replace battery, this would leave us without transportation we needed to go to doctors appointments. Eddie was able to get a new battery in the car that day! He really came through with the battery situation so we could have a vehicle until my truck was out of the shop a few days later. Eddie Church Rocks!!! More
