From the very first phone call, I knew Jason was going to make this a great experience. The whole process was smooth, low-pressure, and surprisingly fun. He answered all my questions, kept things light, and even seemed just as excited as I was when I finally drove off in my new Mustang. I originally came in looking at the Atlas Cross Sport, and even though that would have been a bigger sale for Vladimir, he never once pushed me toward it. Instead, he listened to what I really needed and made sure I stayed within my budget. That kind of honesty and care is rare in the car-buying world. Vladimir took the time to let me test drive several models and explained every feature of the VW Tiguan, which I ended up loving! It’s sporty, sharp-looking, and surprisingly spacious. I can easily fit two sets of golf clubs and my three Pomeranians with no problem. He even shared that he's a golfer himself, so he totally got how important that was to me. I researched the vehicle I wanted, reached out to Luther VW Burnsville and was in touch with Luke within 10 minutes on a Wednesday night. By Thursday we had the financing figured out and on Friday I was driving my car home. Straightforward pricing and they were more than fair and accommodating on my lease I turned in (non-VW lease).
