With a background in healthcare I entered the auto industry as a salesperson with no experience in sales. At the time I was pursuing a MBA at University of MN in hospital administration and industrial psychology. While in school I decided to take a position selling cars to get me through. I had all intentions of pursuing a career in healthcare..... 10 short years later I am still in the auto industry. There is something exciting about this industry that keeps me here. I enjoy all the people I get to interact with and everyday is different and new. I continuously learn in the industries ever changing environment and that is one reason I love coming to work. I started at a Ford Dealership (Sales and Finance) and I am currently at Burnsville Volkswagen in the Finance Department. The experience here at Burnsville Volkswagen has been spectacular. The management staff is outstanding and our service department is 2nd to none. Check us out if you are in the market you will not be disappointed.

Evan and Ehren went way above and beyond for me on my Tigaun purchase. Even when they were actually working they responded to my text to make sure I was getting what I needed. I was at another dealership Tigaun purchase. Even when they were actually working they responded to my text to make sure I was getting what I needed. I was at another dealership prior to visiting Luther's VW and I felt like Julie Roberts in Pretty Woman and was not being helped. Luther VW was glad to help and gladly took my purchase! I would do it all over again! More

This dealership made my purchase great from start to finish! We were able to secure a hard to find trim level that just so happened to come in the day before we called. Put the car on hold, got a purcha finish! We were able to secure a hard to find trim level that just so happened to come in the day before we called. Put the car on hold, got a purchase agreement via email, got funding through our bank and they had everything ready for us when we got to the dealership the next day. In and out in record timing (in terms of the hours it can take to purchase a car). Will go back again if I am in need of another vehicle. Ehren and Eddie were a pleasure to deal with. More

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with Travis Brockman, It was the right moment to turn in my lease and make some decisions. Honestly, I didn't know very well if I wanted to purchase or lease again. So I decided to take a moment and sit down with the team and reviewed my options. Not only Travis was VERY patient, and I could see that he cared about my business so he provided me every valuable information needed but Travis also made sure that I was comfortable all along the process and insisted me not to rush at all, and reminded me to make sure I was considering everything I really wanted out of my car. This was definitely the point of change, I was not just buying a car, but it was MY car and Travis was making sure that if I was not LOVING IT then it was not the right one for me. And we checked options until I had THE ONE in front of me. Thank you so much Travis for an incredible experience! I think you are an amazing ambassador of the company, keep up the amazing work! More
