I wasn't planning on buying when I walked in but Eddie took the time to show me the Carfax of all the other cars I planning on looking at. Each of those cars was a former rental vehicle which I wasn't aware of. That immediately shut me off from the idea of looking at them. Eddie listed out a variety of helpful options that helped me purchase the car. He was very professional and I never felt like he was pushy at all. I loved his enthusiasm and he gives a great name to car salesman. Scott Ryan and Bryan Murphy were also very professional and friendly and helped move the purchase process along very smoothly. The process was so smooth with both Scott and Bryan, I felt we talked less about business and instead laughed over random conversations. Kayla Alvarado was also helpful in setting up my appointment and I appreciate the reminders she sent me ahead of time with the address and all the details. I will certainly be taking my car to M'Lady for all my service work even though there are closer Nissan dealerships to my house. More
