Shopping for a new suv My wife and I went to Hoffmans Toyota to look at a 2017 RAV4. We were approached by a salesman and asked if we needed any help. Ed Crouse showed us a My wife and I went to Hoffmans Toyota to look at a 2017 RAV4. We were approached by a salesman and asked if we needed any help. Ed Crouse showed us a RAV4 in the showroom. After showing us the vehicle Ed, myself and my wife went for a test drive. After the test drive Ed spent an additional hour going over the vehicle in full detail. At a different dealership the salesman just threw the us the keys and said take it. We really appreciated the fact that Ed went with us in the vehicle. The next morning we spent an additional 2 hours going over the finalization of the purchase. We came back for delivery of my RAV4 at 2:00pm and Ed spent an additional hour after signing paperwork going over questions that I had. Ed told me to call anytime with questions that I may have and to stop in if needed. I will recommend Ed to anyone I know that is looking for a new car. More

Jose, Jose and Eddie also spent time to review the features on the navigation/phone system.
