Bad visit. In at 10:55 for oil change & tire rotation.. had to check on my car at 2:30... no one reached out to me. The recall was not done properly and when I returned to have this issue resolved, it still was not correctly take care of. Further more, when I came to the service center, my vehicle was clean and when it have this issue resolved, it still was not correctly take care of. Further more, when I came to the service center, my vehicle was clean and when it was returned it started raining that day and apparently my vehicle was parked under or near a tree or some bushes, I had a lot of debris on the hood and windshield. I did not say anything at that time since I was dealing with a death of a family member. The Service Manager did an outstanding job check my vehicle in however, I believe the technician was the one who drop the ball, Just like the first time I brought in for the recall repair. More
