I would still return for another service due to the savings I receive on oil changes, $39.99 is incredible. I have been paying more than $70 for my oil changes. That's a minimum of 50% savings. Explanation of costs - not provided, Eddie did not check me in as he was handling another customer. A different rep (sits in first deck on left side of bay), can't remember name, did not advise me of the additional cost to have tires rotated, so when my bill was $60+, it caught me off guard, but I had it available, so it was not an issue this time.
