I took an advertised low-mileage lease, modified it to 15,000 miles per year, had negative equity, and paid money down and every turn and quote made sense. I was also very specific about the equipment, color, and interior finishes that I wanted on my '19 Jeep Cherokee. They were very accommodating and found my desired combination at another dealer. Even with all my stipulations and my pushiness as to how this should turn out, I never got an attitude from anyone. And guess what...when I came to pick up my vehicle, the payment, money out of pocket, and vehicle equipment were exactly as I had expected. You can't ask much more than that. Thanks so much for the fair deal. (BTW, I LOVE the '19 Cherokee. Great Job FCA in tweaking an already nice vehicle). More

When I arrived at Northpoint, I was greeted by Chad, a very polite salesman, who then introduced me to Eddie Daye and then Smith joined in to guide and direct me on which trucks I needed to test drive. My truck was appraised as I went out with Chad then Eddie on 3 different test drives to narrow my choice down to ultimately another 2500 Ram Diesel pickup truck. Both Eddie and Smith spent a considerable amount of time with me in the details of the truck that I was looking for and then putting it all down on the official order form. I was given an approximate arrival date and was notified immediately when my truck arrived. Eddie and Smith had already coordinated appointments with Line X and Triangle Camper so that my truck would be equipped and ready for delivery a mere two days after it came into the rail yard. Eddie called me and specifically informed me of all the logistical information I needed to make the deal complete as well as spent close to an additional hour on delivery to go over the operation of all the technical interior features and mechanical service information.
