Easiest and friendliest transaction in 30 years. I have used several vehicle search engines and found North Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat. They had the Promaster 3500 High Roof that I had been looking for and it had a few option items that it I wanted but not everything. I originally planned on doing a custom order but decided to select this one that was available. I worked with Smith Stokes and he pointed out some things that I hadn't considered and provided the benefits that his product offered and didn't push product. It was refreshing to have someone with a sales background provide both education and sales together. Sadly I tried dealing with other Ram dealers in St Louis but they didn't seem eager to earn my business. I completed everything over the phone and they picked me up at the airport. Signing everything only took a few minutes and Eddie Daye helped me with the van delivery and walk-thru. I met the dealership owner, Jeff Michael and he was genuinely happy that I chose to purchase from his dealership and was proud of his team. I highly recommend them and will make referrals and often as I can. Eddie followed up with me after my drive back to St Louis to see if I had any questions about the van and to make sure I arrived back safely. More

North Point CJD of Winston-Salem came back over $1000 (plus) cheaper than everybody. I'm sure glad I took the time and took this route to get the best price. Eddie Daye and the staff were very friendly and great to deal with. Eddie got me an additional rebate after the truck arrived which saved me another $500. I ordered my truck in late February and it arrived at the dealership in about 6 weeks. I recommend you go see Eddie Daye at North Point if you are in the market for a new ride. More

Excellent experience I stopped in one day to see what was on the lot. I decided to go in and see if Smith was available to chat about what I was looking for.
