My recent purchase was a Ram 4500 cab and chassis and I wanted a custom dump bed built for it with options to fit my landscape business. Eddie Day sat down with me and ask me what I wanted and then picked up the phone and called his guy that builds the beds and put him on the phone with me. An hour later we made a decision and it was done. I have dealt with Mr. Leak numerous times with transactions and he is awesome. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. Super nice guy. If you want to buy a vehicle and also don't want the sales pressure that you get at most dealerships then ask for these two gentlemen. Incredible Customer Service My 2015 Jeep that I purchased in April 2017 was having one problem after another due to a previous accident that had never been fixed properly. From the second that I brought my concerns to Eric, he was the epitome of an incredible employee of the company and exceeded all my expectations for great customer service. What a great experience for an original situation that was causing me so much anxiety and frustration. He help my son and I get a loner vehicle, while the collision and service departments worked on my Jeep. In the end, I was still concerned about the potential for additional long-term problems with the vehicle and Eric sat down with me and went over all my options. In the end, he got me into a comparable Jeep with more features than my original one, and for less money per month too. To say he was a pleasure to work with is an understatement. He wasn't even part of the used sales team and could have easily passed me off to someone else, but he didn't.
