Eddie is a great salesperson and will help in any way that he can. I highly recommend having Eddie as your salesperson if you are looking for a car. Chevy of Naperville is a good dealer, I bought 3 cars from them and all three were a good experience. When I bought my 2015 Tahoe it was being driven by one of the managers and it had 7900 miles on it. I wasn't concerned about it, the car was in excellent condition. I had a 2yr/24000 free oil change and bought an extended warranty so everything was great. Until I found out that my free oil changes would end after the 2yr/24000 mile. Since I bought the car with 7900 I thought that my 24000 miles started at 1. It was 24000 that I put on it not the dealer. The 7900 was not included. Well I was wrong. I contacted GM and they said that the dealer would have to honor the extended mileage since they were the ones that put the miles on it. They didn't. So I am a bit upset with Chevy of Naperville and if I ever go back I will make sure I understand everything fully. More

Ed approached us in a very positive and not pushy way. We were able to find a car for my wife and settle on a price with no haggling. It was so smooth that I will go there again if I need another car without hesitation. They kept the place open for an extra hour just to get us financing. I searched all of Autotrader and this was still the best deal anywhere. Even with the cost of flying to Illinois from Louisiana! Eddie picked me up at O'Hare and brought me back to the dealership. I was on my way back to LA in my new Buick Regal in no time. Amin and Eddie proved to be very trustworthy. It is nice to deal with honest trustworthy people. All questions were answered directly, no evasive answers. Their external test track is just the coolest thing I have ever seen. We got to put the auto thru some serious paces away from street traffic hazards. The auto was spotless when we arrived and drove it and they went above and beyond to detail it throughout before we drove it away. All the paperwork went smooth as silk, with copies provided without asking. This has been the very best auto purchase experience of my life, and there have been several in my 75 years. More

Amazing customer service! I walked into Chevrolet of Naperville looking for a certain type of car. We then had Eddie and he was super great! He got straight to the point. He answered all of my questions and led me to the perfect car. It was a great deal! I have already recommended him to people. When we starting doing the paperwork and dealt with the manager, Omar, the customer service continued to be outstanding. It started and ended with amazing customer service. I found this car on-line and knew that the only way it would work for me is if they were fare with my trade in and could get me a good finance rate. I've purchased Audi's a BMW and Lexus's. This was my first non luxury brand purchase in 20 years. These guys where great. The main reason is that they made it easy. No chessy back and forth crap that you are used to. They where normal guys trying to make it work. Which they did. The negotiation part was easy (less than 30 minutes). They explained where they were on the price and ended up giving me a fare price on my trade in. All in all this was maybe my best car buying experience ever! I'm 49 so I have bought a few cars, dealing with normal is not normal these days. Kuddos to these guys for representing the dealership so well. Also, the finance manager (Premo) was also very good. Found me a great rate that enabled me to get an extended warranty that kept my car payment where I wanted it. More
