awful experience! Awful experience! I found a car that I really like in the online inventory. The car was a Chevy Cruze, and the information said it was an automatic bu Awful experience! The car was a Chevy Cruze, and the information said it was an automatic but did not say if it had remote start or not, which was a MUST for me. I spoke with someone on the phone to confirm whether or not it had remote start, the lady said it did. When I arrived at Chevrolet of Naperville on a Saturday, I looked at the car that I was in love with online. I fell more in love with the car when I got to see it in person, until I went to drive it. Turns out it was a manual, and it did not have remote start! It was the only reasonable car in my price range. The salesman had me look at 2 more cars out of my price range, and told me I was not able to negotiate price. I also told him I couldn’t have leather in the car because I have a dog that rides with me frequently. I test drove one of the cars and decided I like it but not the price, and it didn’t have a remote start. After being told it would cost $400 to install the remote start (after already being over budget) I agreed it was ok. Someone else made an estimate for me for the remote start, and quoted be $600 for it! My salesman said he’d make sure I get it put in the following Monday for $400. The following Monday, I got a call saying that the part for the remote start wasn’t in stock so I’d have to wait longer to have it put in. I went later that day to sign paper work for the car. When I arrived, the same salesman wanted to show me one more car that was even more over my budget. I told him I didn’t even want to look at it. He insisted on showing me anyways. On top of it being over my budget, it also had leather seats which I clearly told him I didn’t want! On top of all that, I clearly explained the only day I had to bring the car in to have the remote start installed would be on a Thursday because that’s my only day off work during the week. They told me I could bring it in Thursday and pick it up Friday… I don’t know which part of only Thursday they didn’t understand. So now I have to wait one more week to have it installed. I will never buy or look at another vehicle with them again! More

This is the day of the Internet, so I went to the internet. I live in Crest Hill, Illinois, so I googled Chevrolet 2013 Equinox and 3 dealers came up. Phillilips in Frankfort, Bill Jacobs in Joilet internet. I live in Crest Hill, Illinois, so I googled Chevrolet 2013 Equinox and 3 dealers came up. Phillilips in Frankfort, Bill Jacobs in Joilet (closest), and Advantage in Hodgins. Bill Jacobs didn't give any discounted prices on line, so I threw them out. With the discount & rebate, Phillips in Frankfort, had my Equinox LS in the color I wanted for $21,900 from 25,025. Decent Price, but they were further away then Advantage in Hodgins. Also they had a advertised price of $20,660. I called them and spoke to a internet specialist and asked if they had the vehicle and verified that they would sell it for $20,660. She said yes. This all took place on Wednesday 09/04/13. I said that I would be there 5:30 P.M. In the mean time I arranged financing at my Bank. My wife and I Showed up at Advantage and was introduced to a very nice & very good salesman named Chris. He did a great Demo of the Car and let me drive us on a test drive. So far, so good, until we got back from the test drive. He came up with a price almost $2000 higher then the $20,660. I said that the Internet Girl said that I could have the Vehicle for $20,660. He said that wasn't possible. Now here is the scam that they pulled. Advantage used every possible rebate (AARP, Student, Employee, ETC.) out there to get their price down. Now, we all know that, no one qualifies for every rebate. Now, after, a total of 2 hours of dickering back & forth, they gave us a price of $21,900. I disappointed my wife very much, by telling the salesman no. I told my wife that I would never buy a car from a company like that. The next morning I changed my search, and, came up with Chevrolet Of Naperville. They had my vehicle advertised for $22,085 ($185 more then Advantage or Phillips). I called and spoke to a Wayne Michor (General Manager), I told him my experience with Advantage and asked him if he would match the $21,900 price. He hesitated for only about 2 seconds and said yes. He asked me to hold, while he checked to see if he still had the vehicle that I wanted (Atlantis Blue) in stock. He came back to the phone and said that it had been sold, but he had checked and could get the same exact vehicle from another dealer. I told him that I would be right down to get a purchase order to take to my bank. Over half way to Chevrolet Of Naperville, I realized that I had forgot my check-book for a deposit. After meeting Wayne, I told him that I forgot my check-book and could I use my debit or credit card for a deposit. He said, "how about a handshake". I was absolutely amazed. He then introduced me to Eddie Dones, the salesman that would be handling my deal. They put together the Purchase Order and talked with my Banker and faxed the necessary paper work to him. I was told that I would be able to pick up the car the next day. That afternoon, I received a call from Eddie that he could deliver the car that evening if I liked. I knew that the bank would have my check ready, so, I was delighted. My wife & I were totally happy with everyone at this dealership. They still run you through the various departments, but it is more of an educational process, then, just trying to sell you more stuff. Sherri Pacchiano, gave a good presentation on the service department and Sammy Saad (who is anything but sad, what a great smile) gave a great pitch on extended warranty. He is also the guy that takes the check and makes sure that you leave with the proper documentation. At no time, did I feel pressured to buy anything from these people. The last person you see before driving off, is your salesperson. Eddie was fantastic, even though, it was near closing time, he made sure that I knew how everything worked, and he either programmed or made sure that I knew how to program everything. I am 70 years old and I have to say, that, this was the best car buying experience of my life. I definitely will buy from Chevrolet Of Naperville again. I purchased a car from this dealership a few years ago. It was a Certified Pontiac G6 and it was a fantastic purchase! Very reliable car and I got a great deal on it. I drove that car for about 3 years and then got in a wreck in which the G6 was totaled. Without hesitation I returned to Chevy of Naperville to see if they could help me again -- and they did! Initially I was helped by Eddie on a Saturday. I wasn't quite ready to proceed with the purchase at that time so Eddie put me in contact with Omar Ramos and Omar completed the sale for me. They made a wonderful team and did not stop until I purchased the vehicle I truly wanted (NOT the vehicle THEY wanted me to purchase). I appreciate the hard work, friendliness, and "straight shooting" experience I had here. I will definitely return and refer all of my friends! More

I went to Dan Wolf Chevrolet of Naperville and had the best car buying experience ever. The sales consultant that I worked with was Eddie Dones. On May 27, 2013 my husband and I visited Chevrolet of Naperville and we had a wonderful experience. Our salesman Eddie Dones was truly wonderful! He took his time with us, answered all of our questions, had 100% knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in and by the time we had leased our new Chevy Cruze, he felt like an old friend. We started our search several months ago, but found that other dealerships felt more like a shark tank and we were the bait! With Eddie, we were treated like people and he understood what we were looking for economically and worked with us - and we couldn't be happier with our selection! I would also like to give praise to Sherri Pacchiano, she did a fantastic job going over all of the On-Star info and service info at the dealership. Her enthusiasm was contagious and she was fantastic! Thanks to both Eddie and Sherri, we plan to come back to Chevy of Naperville to upgrade our other vehicle in the future. More

I saw a car on line and came in to check it out. I was immediately greeted by Eddie who listened to my needs and showed me the car that I saw on line. It was raining so he brought the car insdie so I could fully inspect it. We took it for a test drive and I liked it but it did not have all the fetaures that I was looking for. He suggested that I look at a Chevy vs. GMC as they had a Chevy that had all the features I was looking for and the price was better. I had not thought about nor researched a Chevy but after review of the vehicle I was impressed. I was trading in a car and they came in within the range that I saw on line from Blue Book. We agreed on a fair price and we conducted a fair and easy negotiation. The whole process went smoothly and everyone that supported Eddie did a great job. I feel like I got a solid deal and that I worked with professional people. I will be servicing my car at Chverolet of Naperville and I trust that I will experience the same great service. More

We were greeted by Eddie in friendly manner. He was very knowledgeable regarding the Chevrolet product and gave us time to look through the showroom at our leisure. He let us test drive a 2013 Equinox and knowledgeable regarding the Chevrolet product and gave us time to look through the showroom at our leisure. He let us test drive a 2013 Equinox and showed us the many features the car had to offer. We went to many dealerships but decided to go back to Chevrolet of Naperville because we felt Eddie was genuine. We dealt with Sammy in regards to the financing of our new car., He was very patient and answered all our questions. He even re-explained the policy a second time when we had questions after purchasing the vehicle. We would highly recommend Chevrolet of Naperville and Staff to our friends and family. More
