Little did I know that I also would be blown away by the superb service provided by Carina Burr during the install of windows tint. Carina makes the customer feel like a VIP from even before the service day. She called to confirm the appointment, was outside waiting on me the day of the appointment, texted me her contact information as I left the car for the tinting of the windows, promptly notified me upon completion, and had the car at the dealer's front door with the paperwork ready and in hand when I got to the dealership.
