Repeat visits, at our cost! The following all occurred within a 5 week period: June 30 '16 we purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. It seemed to be in very good condition, insi The following all occurred within a 5 week period: June 30 '16 we purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. It seemed to be in very good condition, inside and out. My only concern, before we made the deal, was that breaks be fixed and checked because there was, a very slight pulsing when slowing down. And, there was cleaner residue, or something in the door paneling. The sales person assured us that they would each be taken care of before we left. We spent 7 HOURS at the dealership that day, waiting for credit approval. We were tired, and getting irritated (especially considering we were already at another dealership and APPROVED within minutes) - and they weren't going to gouge us on the rate. They just didn't have the vehicle we were looking for. The sales person was relentless and would NOT leave us alone while we waited. Whether is was some sort of "Shepherd's" sales tactic or not, he should be able to read his customers. I don't care about his 100 pics on his phone! Moving on; We finally got the car, and of course being drained, did not notice that they did NOT fix the brakes properly OR remove the residue inside. Neither was noticed until after we left, we were so exhausted. So, that was VISIT #1. VISIT #2 After a couple of weeks, the brakes were no better and now squealing. So having to take 5 HOURS out of our Saturday, brought it back to the dealer to have them checked and fixed. They did. So they said! VISIT #3 Went in for an oil change, and service tech mentioned there are brake problems. STILL?!!! But they didn't have the part. So, AGAIN, we had to go back down there. VISIT #4 They say they've fixed the brakes. At this point, they are seeming okay with a very quite, slight squeak once-in-a-while. Very sick of going down there. Really! I work over 60+ hours / week, and those 4 visits cost us a LOT of time and money! OVER 21 hours were spent just buying and fixing the brakes on this car! And a gift card is supposed to make it better? Hm. Won't likely go there again. WAIT! Below, I see the option to rate their "friendliness" - REALLY?! It's a dealership! Most are going to seam friendly. "Genuine" is another story. More

helped not hustled I came in Friday September 30th ,2016 to see about what I can do about my car which I was negative on, Paying roughly $500 a month and having another I came in Friday September 30th ,2016 to see about what I can do about my car which I was negative on, Paying roughly $500 a month and having another 24 months to pay. Trading in the 2007 infinity m35 with 135k miles on , I had two options. Keep the car and deal with anything unexpected or figure out how I can get ahead of a problem that may occur... Friday night I seen Eddie, a person with always a smile on his face. Before we even got into deep numbers or what I can or can't do. Eddie broke it down and was very honest. It helped the understanding on where I stood. So after the weekend I came to a conclusion to see what I would be coming out with a trade and a new car. Eddie did all the numbers and gave me bottom line where I would be , unfortunately it wasn't a good result. Tony Lara is the Sales manager. Came to me and just asked me what's really my thought on the car I have to getting another car. After we spoke he suggested to lease the car. At first I wasn't comfortable but Tony broke it down and told exactly what leasing would be a great opportunity to resolve my issues. After considering the odds it put me in a better position. I made a few suggestions and instead of agreeing he advised me in the long run it wouldn't help me. After doing the numbers , I left with a vehicle I'm happy with because how Eddie and Tony helped me to make the next few years at ease. Now I have a 2016 civic and all smiles, and left there feeling I was helped instead of hustling to make a sale. More

THE SINGLE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I have to share about an amazing experience we had yesterday at Brandon Honda! After owning an Odyssey for 9 years, we were in the market for a new on I have to share about an amazing experience we had yesterday at Brandon Honda! After owning an Odyssey for 9 years, we were in the market for a new one. We had never been to Brandon Honda before, but had heard good things so we decided to stop by. We were greeted right away in a super friendly, but not overbearing way, by our Sales Consultant, Eddie Guadalupe. We were offered both water and food, asked questions about ourselves and our lifestyle and he shared things about himself as well. This showed us that we weren't looked at as yet another sale, but as individuals, and there was a genuine interest in getting to know us as such. Eddie gave us a tour of the entire facility (including the areas where we would go for service), brought us out to lunch during our test drive and guided us through the entire experience, even during the insurance and finance aspects. Eddie went above and beyond to be sure that we were comfortable and completely satisfied with our experience. We never felt pressured, and it's safe to say that Brandon Honda far exceeded our expectations! We have never had such a wonderful car buying experience! The entire staff was wonderful - from the manager, Tony Lara, to the Insurance Agent, Danielle Powell, to the Finance Manager, Don Bitler, to Driss Hilili who assisted us in choosing the perfect accessories - first class all the way! Not to mention a Lifetime Warranty to boot! I cannot say enough great things about Brandon Honda. We've been raving about this awesome facility to anyone who will listen, and will absolutely continue to refer friends and family to this dealership. Highly recommend!! 😊 More

Even though I was looking to buy a lower-priced vehicle, everyon I went to several dealers, with disappointing results, before visiting Brandon Honda. Even though I was looking to buy a lower-priced vehicle, everyone at Brandon Honda treated me like a new-car buyer. There were issues with the car I bought, but Grant, Eddie Guadalupe, Eddie Juica, and many others went above-and-beyond to make it right. I have only had my car for a week, but am extremely happy with it so far. I have already recommended them to several people, and can guarantee that Brandon Honda will be my first (and probably only) stop when looking to buy our next car. More

Eddie is the man! I was a first time car buyers and Eddie made the experience a good one. I was indecisive and had alot of "i dont knows". But he was very patient and I was a first time car buyers and Eddie made the experience a good one. I was indecisive and had alot of "i dont knows". But he was very patient and helped me get in a car without putting any money down. Definitely was a good experience. Not to forget the insurance agent Danielle and Jim who took care of the final paperwork. Everyone made it a pleasurable experience. Definitely would recommend to my friends to go to Brandon Honda.
