Amazing! I went to your Location to Purchase a used Auto and I was Disappointed by one of your Sales Man, he didn't try to work with us and the whole visit was I went to your Location to Purchase a used Auto and I was Disappointed by one of your Sales Man, he didn't try to work with us and the whole visit was less than 3 Min with him saying we cant Help you..:-(. On our way Driving out I was approached by Mr. Eddie Guadalupe who ask us what happened? 'cause he notice we was in and out in 3-5 Minutes, we told him The Sales Man told us "Sorry No can do" and Eddie said please don't leave I can work something out what ever it takes not to loose our business I told him we was so disappointed and he Insisted we must come back in and I ask him for a His Business Card and I Promised Eddie we will Think 'bout it and give him a call. Once home we discussed the situation and decided to give Eddie a Call and went back to store a few Hr later and was received with GREAT! Service. So on that Day we Leased The Honda Fit Thanks to Eddie and Mr. Antonio Rueda who went Beyond and Above! to get a Car that Fit our Budget.....We Love our Car Thanks to these 2 Gentlemen. More
