I started in the car business back in 2012 with Billy Fuccillo in Seneca Falls N.Y selling Fords. I was a member of Billy's sell team traveling throughout Western New York and Fla. selling cars. I competed against some of the top sales people in Billy organization and ranked in the top 5 on his list for winning customers trust from being straightforward and honest. However, in 2015 I transferred to Fuccillo Kia in Rochester N.Y that later became Matthew's Kia of Greece to sell Kia's. I have a passion for the business I love talking to people and helping everyone.

Things were gently explained to me. I should've started looking sooner b4 my lease was going to end, but I didn't want my last payments to get added to my new payment. I think the service dept is good, but always liked that they washed my vehicle after service. They didn’t do that the last time. Great service picking up our new 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV. Any and all concerns easily and conveniently addressed. Eddie and Zack were great to work with and when Eddie was on his day off, Salesman Christian Any and all concerns easily and conveniently addressed. Eddie and Zack were great to work with and when Eddie was on his day off, Salesman Christian stepped right in to assist showing us the cars as we were trying to decide blue or white. Customer service can be a little more helpful. During the time my vehicle was stolen. I was given the run around and they seemed very frustrated when I would call about the status of my vehicle.
