We accepted but were upfront that we were not planning to purchase a vehicle that day. The salesman was very friendly, professional, and respectful. However, the General Manager repeatedly tried to pressure us into buying a vehicle and made us wait an hour for a quote we never requested, all while withholding our keys. Total, it took nearly three hours to receive a trade-in value for our vehicle. In the end, he said that we were just here to waste their time. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this dealership. I have already shared my experience with all my friends and family. More

I highly recommend them; the staff is very friendly and respectful. For me, everything was excellent—the only downside was that they give me the car with an empty gas tank. respectful. For me, everything was excellent—the only downside was that they give me the car with an empty gas tank. More
