This was my first time purchasing a car and I came with three other relatives to help with the experience. My grandmother has previously purchased 2 other vehicles from this location, and had good experien three other relatives to help with the experience. My grandmother has previously purchased 2 other vehicles from this location, and had good experiences. Our sales rep was nice at first, but then it turned into multi day process. Our sales rep attempted to run my credit without my permission even after I told him I had my own financing. The finance manager, I believe his name was Jesus was extremely dismissive and was talking down to us. He claimed that Advantage has never accepted overnighted paychecks, and that we would have to bring the physical check ourselves. That was not the case when my grandmother bought her previous vehicles. Kelvin from the management dept came to talk to us and did not ease any of our concerns. The first day we were there for well over 3 hours. Upon receiving the car days later, one of my pinstripes on the side has not been fixed like they assured us it would. I was very uncomfortable during the entire car buying experience. This was my first time purchasing a car, which they knew and I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
