My husband and I had previously bought a vehicle back when it was Hawk Chevrolet in Bridgeview IL.. We trusted the company and the Customer Service they had due to purchasing a Trax back in 2016. I am pleased to say my current Experience with Advantage Chevrolet in Bridgeview IL has been a Wonderful. When my husband and I arrived to Advantage Chevrolet in Bridgeview IL we were greeted at the door by Eddie Saucedo . He showed us around and asked us what we are interested in looking for? We told him what we wanted and he was honest and upfront about what he can do. We put All of our Trust into Eddie. As we waited patiently for him by his desk, My husband and I were contemplating on a plan B just incase he came back with not so good news. We were looking at the 2021 Black Cherry 4door Trax demo that was outside the door as a back up vehicle. I have to admit I was nervous and thinking the worst. Eddie arrives and says "Come with me I have a car I think you will like"... He shows us the 2020 Malibu with 14,000 miles on it. It was funny because we looked at that car before we went inside and I told my husband I like that vehicle that is what i am looking for. I didn't want to get my hopes up high. So, Eddie worked his Magic and made it possible with the car I wanted. Not only did he make us feel important that day with a car of my choosing I was Extremely Amazed of how Great his Customer Service skills. He made us both feel comfortable while talking us through the figures, Explaining the terms and just having normal conversation with us. We did mention to Eddie that we had went Wednesday to two different Hyundai dealerships one in Aurora IL . The Sales Representative was a gentleman. He pointed to the vehicles outside the showroom and said for us to look at the vehicles then come back as he sat down in his seat .The second Hyundai dealership was in Downers Grove.IL. The lady Sales Representative also mentioned to us that there are vehicles outside to help ourselves as she pointed in that direction where the new vehicles were displayed. We left upset and confused due to their Poor Customer Service skills. "Customer Service is Everything to us". My husband works in Law Enforcement and I work in Healthcare .We thought we would have a WOWED experience at both Hyundai Dealerships. Instead we left very upset. I thought we were going to get the assistance we needed but walked out without a 2020 Elantra. Instead I told my husband in the car ride home lets go to Hawk Chevrolet (Advantage) in Bridgeview tomorrow. I Feel that we were meant to have this Wonderful Experience with Advantage Chevrolet. Then, As if my day was not already great it gets better because we went to the finance managers office and met a gentlemen by the name of Jesus Castellanos. He was very polite and friendly explained everything we needed to know before signing. We had an Amazing Experience that day and want everyone to know that you can Trust Advantage Dealership with a Great Experience. And knowing that the Sales Representatives will assist you then to the Finance manager that is thorough in explaining all the paperwork before signing They do reassure you and are very honest with their work and skills .Thank You very much... Eddie Saucedo and Jesus Castellanos for going "Above and Beyond" making May.27, 2021 a Very Memorable Experience for us. We would also like to thank the CEO of Advantage Chevrolet Company for Having Professional Staff that take Pride in their work and putting the Customer first. We were definitely "WOWED" that day and We will be Referring Your Company as a Trusted, Skilled, Professional and Amazing Customer Service Chevrolet Company. You are Very Welcome. We do Recognize the Great Customer Service Your staff brings to the table which is why I brought my daughter in to Eddie to trade her car in for an Equinox. Eddie Wowed her as well and is Very Happy with the selection Eddie showed her. I am Glad we found a True and Honest Salesman to help us thru our vehicles. I will definitely be back in a year or before then to trade in my car for the equinox like my daughters.
