Friendly staff; long wait The only thing I would have changed is that we called ahead to say we were getting the car and still had to wait for hours to get in with finance. The staff was friendly but I think there were some things that could have made service more expeditious. (Maybe a pamphlet of all the options like warranties, etc. in the waiting area.) At least then customers wouldn’t be overwhelmed when they get to finance and they could get more use out of the time they are waiting. More
