Very disappointed in the Customer service Couldn’t get any one to return calls. Me and my wife felt rushed through . Had a bad scratch that they said they would fix but later said it would cos Couldn’t get any one to return calls. Me and my wife felt rushed through . Had a bad scratch that they said they would fix but later said it would cost me an extra $1000 for them to fix it. Then I convinced them to be true to there word and fix it . So then there so called fix was what looked liked they used a paint pen from Walmart to fix it . Then rushed me out the door again. Unfortunately 0 star service!!! More

When you buy cars, you have to pay dealership fees including document fees. Fred Anderson offered the best car price and the cheapest documentation fee which was $400-600 cheaper than other Toyota dealers. Besides, they offer lifetime free oil change. This is my 6th Toyota dealer. I had the best shopping experience ever! More
