Quick smooth deal I went in looking for the best deal on a 2018 tacoma. Met with Courtney and told her what i wanted and a couple minutes later the exact truck was foun I went in looking for the best deal on a 2018 tacoma. Met with Courtney and told her what i wanted and a couple minutes later the exact truck was found. After about 30min of negotiation we reached the price i wanted. Then eddie made it to easy to make it official. They were easy to work with and hope to continue to deal with them in the future. More

Confusing I spent 4 hours purchasing my Toyota Tundra. I went in know exactly what i wanted. The salesman did not know anything about the model. I was promised I spent 4 hours purchasing my Toyota Tundra. I went in know exactly what i wanted. The salesman did not know anything about the model. I was promised items that they could not give me. Had to go in a second time to re-work deal and correct items that were promised but could not be given. Then it took 3 weeks to get the truck ready for delivery. The communication between departments was severely lacking and I had to call almost daily to make sure everything was being done. The parts department was great, once they knew what needed to be done. Overall it was a frustrating experience. More
