I had been taking my bmw that I purchased from there, to get serviced for last 3 yrs and not to much of a problem and then made appointment brought it out and waited 3 hours to only be told they couldn't d get serviced for last 3 yrs and not to much of a problem and then made appointment brought it out and waited 3 hours to only be told they couldn't do it because didn't have big enough wrench.
