Nice, friendly staff when purchasing vehicle. Once sale complete and paperwork was done, hard to get hold of for follow ups. Promises of call-backs never happened. Was told numerous time "I'll escalate this to our general manager to get taken care of." Literally had to drive to the dealer for them to answer my questions. Only go if you know exactly what you want and the process. Eddie was great, gave us a "no bs" run down of what he was knowledgable at and what he recommended. More

My car had a nail in the tire when I picked it up on Saturday. The “low tire pressure” light was on when the car was pulled around, and I was told it was due to the car being on the lot for a few weeks. Saturday. The “low tire pressure” light was on when the car was pulled around, and I was told it was due to the car being on the lot for a few weeks. I drove 2.5 hours home, checked the tire and there was a massive nail in the tire. Not happy about that at all. Also, the gas tank was not cleaned out until I pointed it out. My Salesman (Marco) was great though, I appreciated all of his help. More
