For the first time ever, buying a new car was a relaxed, enjoyable and stress-free experience for me. I was greeted at the door by internet sales manager Ed Shine, after having corresponded with him by emai enjoyable and stress-free experience for me. I was greeted at the door by internet sales manager Ed Shine, after having corresponded with him by email & telephone. He had 3 autos that I had expressed interest in at the front door, awaiting my test drives. I was struck by how friendly and courteous all the other salesmen were as I passed through the showroom, as each said hello to me. There was absolutely no need to haggle; the price quotes Ed gave over the internet were attractive, and my research showed, as low as could possible be expected. Ed spent many hours with me over two days, and I never felt any sales pressure. The experience was more like making a new friend than buying a new car! More

We purchased 2 new vehicles from Lannan this week. Great Customer Service. I worked with Ed and Gary, and would highly recommend either one. They worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied. We have purchased several vehicles from Lannan, in fact we currently have 5 chevys in the driveway, all of them came from Lannan. We have always dealt with Ed so this purchase was easy. We shopped around to Toyota and Honda, but didn't find enough reason why we should not purchase another Chevy. We had our new vehicle in two days and have been quite happy with it so far. More

I knew Eddie from school so I thought he could be someone I could trust at a dealership for once. No, it was all very disappointing! I bought a 2008 cargo van. When I came to see it for the first time it I could trust at a dealership for once. No, it was all very disappointing! I bought a 2008 cargo van. When I came to see it for the first time it was at night (first mistake on my part). When I arrived the van was angled to one side. It rode pretty well and I know I could have haggled more with the price but I just needed a new one fast! Bought it and picked it up. When I got home I realized there were dents on the side I could not see when I went to test drive it at night. Then one of the blinkers died and they said, "Oh, probably a fuse." No, I know what I'm doing with cars and it was a dead bulb. Had to bring it in during my lunch hour from work so I could get a sticker. The service dept. knew this and it took 45 MINUTES to replace a BULB! THEN I had to get the sticker. Needless to say I was late back to work. When I was there Eddie saw me and didn't give me the time of day. I asked for an owner's manual because there wasn't one, was assured I'd get one, and I still don't have it. I figured they'd be nicer to me because I didn't haggle so much and they would have at least recognized the dent on the side. VERY disappointed! Never going back and I'm making sure NOBODY I KNOW goes there! More
