This place you want to stay away from, my sales man was Mohamid Ali and he’s just as bad as everyone there. For one they took forever to pay off my trade in, two they sold me a bunch of non existent covera Mohamid Ali and he’s just as bad as everyone there. For one they took forever to pay off my trade in, two they sold me a bunch of non existent coverage for companies that no longer exist so any service I need now I have to pay for, and third there service depart is the worst ever, they damage, scratch your vehicle while working on it. And this month I took it for service , they returned the truck with no radiator cap, who does that and what kind of crack head mechanics do you guys have! Please save your selves a bunch of trouble and buy and have your vehicle serviced some where else. All these idiots care about is stealing your money! More

could have been better my name is Brandi s.i took my car to mcgrath because my check engine light was on they checked my car I was told by bill i needed a catalytic converte my name is Brandi s.i took my car to mcgrath because my check engine light was on they checked my car I was told by bill i needed a catalytic converter and an oxygen sensor, I was suppose to bring my car back that saturday to get fix but i was in the hospital so i called to reschedule the service. i took my car in the following thursday to get fixed they had to order the sensor so they gave me a loaner til friday. after two days of having my car back the check engine light came on again so i took my car back that following wednesday they checked it and stated they had to reset the history but with in four hours the check engine light came back on so i called to let them know that it came back on so they scheduled me to come back in that saturday. they didn't check my car that day they told me to come back friday which was july 5th christine helped me that morning they gave me a loaner she called me that afternoon and told me i needed a slienoid and somethig else done and that it was covered under warranty and to keep the loaner til wednesday , she then called me saturday morning stated she was giving me an update on my car when i stated she called me yesterday and gave me an update she stated she didnt call or tell me anything and that my things i need to be done was not covered under warranty she told me to come fill out a card to get the repairs done but it was not a card it was an application to apply for a loan. i felt like they could have done better with the service they provided me with and im sure as many times i brung my car back that they been knew what was wrong with my car. More

OVERAL GREAT EXPERIENCE I went to McGrath with the intentions of looking for a Honda Civic. I had been test driving a couple civics at different dealerships, but was still ve I went to McGrath with the intentions of looking for a Honda Civic. I had been test driving a couple civics at different dealerships, but was still very indecisive. McGrath was by far very different from the other dealers I previously went too. The people there were very kind & welcoming. Even though I had my heart set on the Honda Civic, Mario Mankowski recommend me a Hyundai Elantra, after the test drive, I ended up falling in love with it! He kept it real with me & didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t want. Mario was very helpful in answering all my questions & was overall really fun to talk too! Thank you so much Mario Mankowski! I love my new ride!!! More

New Hyundai Elantra Marcus Lozano spent a lot of time with me finding the right car and the team was able to get me great financing right away. They even took my super old 2005 Elantra off my hands for a generous trade-in credit. I'm a student and was new to car buying, so I had no idea what I was looking for, but he took care of me and found the right fit immediately. Pretty impressive for working with a customer who had no car knowledge. I'm glad I didn't have to spend any more time looking around. Having a car with great safety features, bluetooth hook-up, Sirius radio, etc has been great. The rearview camera and blind spot detection has already been a major help in the city and on the freeway (helps a ton with bikes and motorcycles in the blind spot). They do a great job here and really care about your situation. Thanks to Jacob Psarski for helping to get me started with the whole process. I spent too much time putting money into a car that was way past its prime. More

Last year we thought we had a great verbal deal on G90 until we sat down to go over the numbers and things changed, not for the good. We swore we would never buy a car from McGrath again, but Marcus sat with us and restored our confidence again. We went in for an oil change on our Sonata and drove out with a 2018 seven seater Santa Fe!!! Marcus 👍👍 More
