The service representatives are good, polite and decently attentive. The process is pain free, and the waiting room is comfortable and very well air conditioned. The only waiting room complaints, only one of the three televisions worked, and the picture was compressed uncomfortably, which had some of the costumers in waiting vocally annoyed. And, there was no enforcement of mask wearing, and minor social distancing, which is potentially dangerous. Otherwise, all went well… except for the wait. Anything other than a oil change will keep you there for a while, bring a good book or a smart phone with plenty of readied games, cause you will need a comforting diversion. Four stars out of five, mainly for the above mentioned unusualness. The personal were great. More
