I’ve bought 2 new cars from this dealership in the past and the service was ok. I decided to go to another great dealership ( LEADERS HYUNDAI ) because it’s nicer with better service and people are more pr and the service was ok. I decided to go to another great dealership ( LEADERS HYUNDAI ) because it’s nicer with better service and people are more professional. I couldn’t get a appointment for oil service so I decided to come to McGrath. This happened Nov 2021. At the time of service the gentleman told me I needed break pads because they were really bad. I decided to have the work done. They gentleman comes back saying they were out of stock.. lol unbelievable he told me he can order them and I can come back. I said ok. Here is when it get crazy. I paid for my service and when I left I check the invoice ( I should’ve checked it at the dealership) and noticed I was charged $100 for the order. I didn’t approve or agreed to that and wasn’t told I would be charged. Weeks later I haven’t heard from the dealer saying the pads came in, at this point they stole my money. I email the General Manager and he said he would look into and he did and I appreciated that. Now I’m playing phone tag with a young lady named Yancy. She started nice and professional but in the end with a xxxxxxxx Artist like the rest. Ignored next, the refund I’m suppose to ge getting I haven’t received. Then I get a email from there service dept saying I said no to a break flush they recommend. THATS A LIE!! I was never told I needed a break flush. People be careful this dealership is full of crap and unprofessional. I took my car to a break specialist and he told me my breaks were fine And why the dealer said I need new pads was unbelievable. Get 2nd opinions people this dealer are unprofessional and unethical. More

Always courteous with prompt service. Never had any issues dropping off or picking up our car. Service has always provided timely repairs especially when we have had other appointments. Nice people (under staff) but the service wait takes forever. Plus I did not receive an evaluation report like I do at other dealers. Went in to have an oil leak addressed (they performed my last oil change so I went back). The Yauncey Cora greeted me shortly after I arrived and was very personable. Even though I did not have an appointme last oil change so I went back). The Yauncey Cora greeted me shortly after I arrived and was very personable. Even though I did not have an appointment, he was able to fit me in but warned me of a possible 2 hour wait. He kept me in the loop when the car was next in line and what the cause of the leak was. After the car was washed, I headed out. After driving the car to work and back, there was a strong smell of burnt oil. Checked the dipstick and the tech overfilled the oil by a considerable amount. Called up the service department and was advised to come in and speak with Eddie Vellega. Eddie got my car in and out quickly and apologized for the overfilled oil. Drove home and out of curiosity, popped the hood to find the dipstick installed backward (which does not allow it to fully seat in the tube), and the oil was STILL overfilled! It's a shame as this place is super close to where I live and the service writers and management are great, but I don't see myself going back for fear this same tech touches my car. I'll deal with getting the excess oil out somewhere else. More

Eddy was my service advisor and he was the best! Great customer service. I’ve been to several locations and this was the best experience I’ve had. I will be coming here from now and on.
