Salesman Eddy wonderful! Joel ok. Financing process was way over the top! Turn off! Took hours to listen to something I already knew I didn’t want and told him so. It took 5 Joel ok. Financing process was way over the top! Turn off! Took hours to listen to something I already knew I didn’t want and told him so. It took 5 hours after the car was detailed to leave the place. It was 10:00 pm and the finance guy kept complaining about working overtime. Then got mad when I didn’t want what he was selling. Then got frustrated again when I wanted to finance through my credit union which was also my employer. Was turned off. More

Experience was very good except for the fact that they included LoJack for $699 and paint protection for $399. I said I didn't want it. They said they couldn't remove the charge because it's already insta included LoJack for $699 and paint protection for $399. I said I didn't want it. They said they couldn't remove the charge because it's already installed. They wouldn't negotiate and remove the charge. I paid it but I'm ver annoyed about it.
