I have just had the wonderful experience of purchasing a car at Walter's Automotive - the day was just an amazing experience from the beginning to the I have just had the wonderful experience of purchasing a car at Walter's Automotive - the day was just an amazing experience from the beginning to the end..I had the pleasure of working with Eddy Elsayed - he helped me with all of my concerns and worked with me via phone prior to me going to the dealership...this was just about two to three weeks...then upon arrival to the dealership...we all worked long and hard to achieve not only what would work for them but for myself as well...I must say that Eddy was very professional and patient and respectful..to me..and worked very hard at my deal...he listened and most of all wanted me to have the car...and was mostly concerned that it all would work for me...I really appreciated his help...because I would not of purchased the car if this would not have been done...... he is a great asset to Walter's Automotive...I thank you all for all you did for me...I love my new car...it's absolutely beautiful....I'm so blessed ......thank you again...and Eddy ...thank you...you are the best... Eddy Elsayed, my sales consultant, couldn’t have been any more emblematic of that Walter’s quality of service. From test drives, deciding on additional packages and features, his insight and assistance was vital in getting me the exact car I wanted.
