Once my temporary plates were close to expiring, I had to make multiple calls and send repeated texts to both my salesperson and the main office just to get a response. Even after my temp tags expired, I spent three days calling the DMV department, the manager, and various sales staff—none of whom could give me a straight answer about the status of my registration. I was repeatedly promised that my registration would arrive by specific times, but every single assurance was false. Deadlines came and went with no updates or communication. To make matters worse, they blocked my phone number—an incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. If you're not a NY resident, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More

I was extremely unhappy with the purchase of my new vehicle until I reached out to the General Sales Manager - Eddy Santos. I explained the situation to him and he was so helpful, that he brought me back into the dealership the same day and took in my HRV after having it for a week and put me into a new 2024 Honda Passport. The outstanding crew between Eddy Santos and Patsy Onorino making me feel at home and making the situation that I had painless. I couldn't thank the both of them enough for the hard work and effort they put in to make me feel comfortable in my new car and make the process simple. I was in and out of the dealership super fast!
