Svetlana Tara-Browne was great from first contact. Since the car I wanted was not yet on the lot, she looked to see what was expected to be delivered in the near future. She did not try to sell me on Since the car I wanted was not yet on the lot, she looked to see what was expected to be delivered in the near future. She did not try to sell me on a car that was already on the lot, like another dealer/agent might. Once Svetlana saw the exact car I wanted was coming soon, she kept me informed every step of the way until I finally got to come in and pick up my car. Manly Honda is honest in their pricing and procedures. All options were thoroughly explained—they gave me the information I needed to make decisions. There were absolutely no surprises and no pressure to purchase extras. Great buying experience. Highly recommend. More

Manly Management team - A quick note to tell you that my wife and I had the best experience buying a car...ever...with Michael Salazar...followed by a no-pressure finance experience with Edgar Medina. Mi my wife and I had the best experience buying a car...ever...with Michael Salazar...followed by a no-pressure finance experience with Edgar Medina. Michael possesses phenomenal customer service skills - extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to details. Edgar was equally friendly and discussed crystals with daughter (my daughter loves crystals)! If you give awards for sales person and finance person of the year, I nominate both of them. We know you get many customers driving/flying from afar for your fair pricing in today's challenging car-buying market...we drove 2.5 hours each way for the price, but we left really impressed and pleased with the entire experience. We plan to recommend your dealership to friends looking for a new car. More
