Scott kept me up to date on the expected delivery of the new CRV, walked us through all the paperwork, oriented us to the vehicle & helped us with the electronics (syncing phones, etc.). He encouraged us to call with any additional questions; he contacted me several days later to see how things were going with the CRV (I am loving it).
