I had an awesome service experience at PBMW My service experience started when I called to schedule my appointment. The BDLC Team worked with my schedule to set up a date and time that worked an My service experience started when I called to schedule my appointment. The BDLC Team worked with my schedule to set up a date and time that worked and also had a loaner vehicle available. I was greeted with a smile and welcomed when I arrived. The staff on the drive was friendly and showed me where to park. I saw my advisor Narek right away. He was helpful and informative about the services needed at this visit. After I spoke to my advisor I waited in the service lounge and enjoyed a few yummy snacks and some fresh flavored water. The loaner team gave me a brand new X3 as a loaner and I was so excited to see the new features for the 2019 model. I drove off thinking cool. My car was completed same day but I was working so I was allowed to bring the loaner back the following day. My vehicle pick up went great as well. My X3 (Who’s name is Dream) was brought back to me cleaned and washed. Dream and I were ready to hit the road. Bravo Pacific BMW. Your BDLC Team, Greeter Team, Drive Ops Team, Service Advisor Team and Guest Experience Team showed me that customer service is alive and well at Pacific BMW. Thank you. More
