as always worst service ever. kept my car for 3 days, did not have a loaner, and they couldn’t even find the problem to fix it. after 3 days got my car back with the same problem (not working A/C on a brand not have a loaner, and they couldn’t even find the problem to fix it. after 3 days got my car back with the same problem (not working A/C on a brand new car). will take my car anywhere else but Pacific bmw from now on. I wish I could have given zero stars because that’s how much work was done to my car. Left it with service all day, car promises by closing at 5. Went to pick up my car after 8 hours. They didn’t get to it much work was done to my car. Left it with service all day, car promises by closing at 5. Went to pick up my car after 8 hours. They didn’t get to it. No work was done on my car. Total waste of time. Service representative Marco was rude and service Manager Edgar unhelpful. I will never buy another car from Pacific. More
