As soon as I saw the car I was interested in, Ed gave me a video walk around and pictures to close my decision. He also made sure my car was delivered promptly despite the increase in shipping rates since I a video walk around and pictures to close my decision. He was even able to get half off the increase and made sure the oil was changed and gas tank was full and ready to go during the busy holiday season. The process took a few weeks but I'm a satisfied customer. More
