Information consistency would seem to be an issue at this dealership. For example, in regards to the 84/100000 warranty, how it actually worked for a certified used vehicle from Jeep did seem to be common kn dealership. For example, in regards to the 84/100000 warranty, how it actually worked for a certified used vehicle from Jeep did seem to be common knowledge due to hearing ~5 different ways in which it was valid. The only part that was consistent was the fact that it was engine/drive train only. I would just be aware as to who knows what while working there because whether its in person or on the phone they represent Arrigo West Palm. More

The purchase of my jeep was so sloppy, first the finance manager did not take the correct deposit resulting in complications in the purchase. Next the sales guy didn’t give me ANY paperwork or receipt for manager did not take the correct deposit resulting in complications in the purchase. Next the sales guy didn’t give me ANY paperwork or receipt for the purchase, although I asked for copies of everything, he promised to email to me which he never did (it is now months later and I have left messages for them to send me a sales receipt, a bill of sale, anything to prove I purchased this vehicle). They also forgot to give me my license plate from my previous vehicle which they should have just transferred to the new jeep. Oh and they didn’t put their paperwork through on the trade in so at some point I was getting charged for both my previous vehicle and my new jeep. Overall extremely disappointed in the work ethic, communication, and job done by everyone at Arrigo. Hopefully someone will send me a sales receipt or paperwork for my vehicle purchase before I file complaints with Jeep cares and BBB. More
