Edgar was great, top notch, Arrigo in total is click bait to get you into their doors, business manager took on a lengthy meeting keeping me waiting for a long time to process my payment even though I was ha to get you into their doors, business manager took on a lengthy meeting keeping me waiting for a long time to process my payment even though I was having issues with my bank she didn’t even ask someone else to help me process my payment. Thankfully I purchased my truck cash and never have to step foot there again. Edgar helped turned a bad experience into a better one with his high level of customer service and support. More

It is possible that being local might have made the experience better, but doing business remotely was and still is horrible. It is never clear who you are communicating with unless a person gives you their direct number. And once you have a direct contact, responses are either very delayed or never. I had several different people contact me after my initial show of interest on the web listing. Ray told me he would call me at 9am the next day. I waited until 11:30 before I called. The excuse for failing to call me was that he was in meetings and busy and said he'd call back in 10 minutes. I never heard from him. Then I received a phone call from someone asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when I thought I was waiting for you guys. That person said she'd pass on the information. Some days later I received a text and phone call out of the blue. The text was from one person and the call was from a different person. Imagine my confusion. At this point I was finally making progress and began to work on the deal. I kind of wish I had just stopped right then and there. I explained my complex request of buying the vehicle and having my daughter be on the title and loan if necessary. I was assured this would be possible as she could do her part remotely. I flew to FL, arrived about 6:30pm thinking I had plenty of time until closing to complete the purchase. Only then did I learn that the remote notaries were all gone for the day. Not wanting to spend the night in the area I just decided to put everything in my name and finance the deal. After seeing the offer from the sales department, I agreed and the financing process began. I said no to every add-on. I stated several times that I did not know all the details of what I was signing and the finance person assured me I was signing what I agreed to with sales. Days later I received my finance statement from the lender and was shocked when I saw the amount was roughly $2000 higher than the sales agreement. I confirmed with the sales team that the price they offered had no add-ons. I have called multiple times since then to try to figure out why, but no one has called me back. This add-on, which must have happened during my time with finance is my biggest issue at the moment. I was also given the impression that the charges for doing the remote registration and title work would be prorated based on what my state actually charges. That was incorrect as my state's fees are far lower than what I ended up paying. I'm not talking about taxes, just the elec filing fee, license fee and PTA. I did all those services for 2 cars when I moved here and the total was $440. You guys charged me $1240. What a rip off. I don't know why dealers cannot just be honest and offer clear pricing without all the sneaky ways of increasing the price. And that is on top of the doc fee of $1298, which I did not even complain about, but is honestly a rip off too. Additionally, my state requires VIN verification. I promptly completed this and texted it back to my sales associate, Edgar. I simply wanted to know if I had done all that was required so that title and registration could be completed. I called and texted many times with little to no response. I also called finance multiple times with no call back. Someone finally called days later and said all was good with that. I was also told I'd receive a flash drive with the documents I signed. That was not given to me. Someone in finance said they'd email it to me, but they have not. I also emailed Edgar asking for those, but there has been no response. I am happy with the car, but everything else about the experience has been miserable. I feel like I've done my part and tried to be patient and polite. Being out of state I cannot simply walk in to get action. I hope this review is read by someone who actually cares and will initiate a remedy for the overcharge. More
