Edson is the best. Being that I have serviced my Infinit's with this dealership through three different ownership's, I cannot rate the current ownership at this time. Satisfied with service Infiniti of South Bay has been great these past 4 years. My last visit, however, was a little disappointing because I requested a loaner, and found o Infiniti of South Bay has been great these past 4 years. My last visit, however, was a little disappointing because I requested a loaner, and found out after arriving that there were no loaners due to change in management. So, I had to find alternate transportation and reschedule some of my other appointments. It would have been appropriate to have notified customers of such a change. More
