Excellent service bummed it was so expensive Tried to change my battery and shorted my car body module. Dropped the car off easily and picked it up the next day. Almost excellent! Good service ...efficient..through and great communication with service agent . Edson is always great! I gave Edson the highest rating because he always is courteous and provides great service. I called him the day before my appointment and had to leave I gave Edson the highest rating because he always is courteous and provides great service. I called him the day before my appointment and had to leave a message. He called me back within minutes so that I could schedule the appointment. Once I got to the dealership, Edson explained what would be happening to my car and how long it should take. Once the service was completed, he told me exactly what was fixed. My car was returned in a timely manner, and was washed. Edson is great and I have always had the best service experience with him. More
