I went to purchase a used vehicle, and the experience was extremely disappointing. During the test drive, I immediately noticed the car was not clean at all. The interior was dirty, and it didn’t seem like the vehicle had been properly prepared. When they delivered the car to me after the purchase (it was nighttime), I didn’t realize it had been given to me in the exact same condition. Later, I found pet hair in the trunk, and the outside was covered in small dots that were very difficult to remove—even a car wash didn’t get them off. I eventually had to bring the car back to the dealership so they could clean it properly, and they removed most of it. That’s honestly the only positive thing I can say about the experience. More concerning, during the test drive, there were registration documents in the car belonging to someone else. Then, after the purchase, the dealership gave me the vehicle documents on a USB drive, and when I opened it at home, it contained another customer’s personal information instead of mine. They exposed other customers' private information twice during a single transaction, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I traded in my previous car and handed over two sets of keys, but the vehicle I purchased only came with one. I politely asked if they could order a second key to be programmed (something I know is possible), but after initially saying they would contact the previous owner, they never followed up. Since then, I have contacted the dealership more than five times asking for an update about the missing key, and nothing has been resolved. To make matters worse, they called me today—not to address the issue—but to ask what vehicle I was interested in buying. After reminding them yet again about the missing key, I was left with no solution. That level of disorganization and lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and, frankly, incompetent. Between the careless handling of private customer information, the condition the car was delivered in, and the complete lack of follow-through after the sale, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Mason, Mike and Eduardo were beyond professional and took every step necessary to ensure I had the best experience possible. Replies were prompt when working out a deal via text/email and I am 100% positive every step necessary to ensure I had the best experience possible. Replies were prompt when working out a deal via text/email and I am 100% positive I got the best deal. Spent less then an hour with paper work before driving off with my new 2027 Telluride X-Line. More
