The sale took almost five hours, and found out that after specifically requesting Financing to contact my credit union, that they did not, resulting in a higher interest rate from another bank. After the sale, I noticed a few minor things that I wanted worked on, like an extra key they promised to provide, a small chip in the windshield and some touch-up paint. I called at least ten times and finally got hold of the sales guy who promised to get the key made and call me back. That’s been over a week ago now, and no call back. Seems to me that once they get the sale, they become very disinterested in any follow-up, even on the things they promise to do to get the sale. Very disappointing! More
