I had a very good experience working with Owatonna Motor Company! The sales person and the finance team were super helpful and transparent with guiding me through my first auto purchase through a dealership Company! The sales person and the finance team were super helpful and transparent with guiding me through my first auto purchase through a dealership. They gave me different loan options through different banks, and when the loan term I wanted was not available through my original choice, the finance employee called the other bank that gave me a offer and got me a even better interest rate with the bank! They were also very transparent and knowledgeable on the gap insurance and extended warranty which made it easy to make a choice when it came time to make the decision of adding those items to the loan. Overall i would recommend the team I worked with, they were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. More
