They went out of their way to make sure we made it back on the road after truck troubles. We ended up with a new truck. They even went out of their way to find a truck to fit our needs at other dealers wi on the road after truck troubles. We ended up with a new truck. They even went out of their way to find a truck to fit our needs at other dealers with in the area. We were towing a camper and the hitch had to be adjusted to fit the new truck and they made everything work. It was dark and we were too tired to hit the road so we got to setup in the lot for the night which was very nice of them to do. After leaving the next morning we made it to our destination after two long days and 1200 miles of driving in our new Ram 2500 Cummins diesel. Ahh the good life thanks to the people at Owatonna CJDR Ford Lincoln. Brandon Ratkowski went above beyond to make sure we could get back on the road as quickly possible. More
