From the time of the first inquiry all the way to the end, Eduardo helped ensure I had all the information needed to make an informed decision on buying a car. I was eyeing a used car they had at their dealership, and he took the time to send a welcome video as well as videos of the exterior and interior of the car. On top of that he also pointed out any issues big and small with the car from small chips and dents to the undercarriage of the car. Even though I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere, he still checked in to see how I was doing and then thanked me for giving him the opportunity. I wish all sales persons I came across in my journey to get another car was as courteous and pleasant to work with as Eduardo. Thank you as always!! More

I recently decided to trade my 2011 F-250 pickup for a newer model. After searching the internet for a couple of days I was disappointed that I found only two trucks in Florida that met my requirements. I newer model. I decided to pick up the phone and call Jacobs Mitsubishi at 8pm ... guess what.. they answered! A salesman named Eduardo introduced himself and asked how he could help (mind you, it's 8pm). I asked him about the truck I had seen, and he was familiar with the vehicle and seemed happy to take the time to tell me all about it. We got together the next day and tried to work out the details of the sale but eventually I left the dealership without a new truck, as we couldn't come to a meeting of the minds. The next morning Eduardo called and explained a whole new scenario. Eduardo had worked overnight to figure out the details of a deal I felt was very fair. We met again the next day and Eduardo guided me through the paperwork and I went home with a new truck with exactly the features I was looking for. Eduardo is a class act and a professional through and through. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly suggest you call Jacobs Mitsubishi and insist on talking to Eduardo, HE'S THE BEST! More

eduardo hernandez, believe it or not, is the best auto salesman i have dealt with in my 76 years. He was not pushy at all, very patient with my many questions, and knowledgeable on everything about my n salesman i have dealt with in my 76 years.
