I’ve now purchased my 5th car from Younger Nissan. I find their entire staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and anything but pushy. Our company has been using the service department of Younger Nissan of Frederick for a few years. We like that the employees prove every time that they have our best interest at heart. When we needed an Younger Nissan of Frederick for a few years. We like that the employees prove every time that they have our best interest at heart. When we needed another van for the business, I identified the best available deal on line. I was happy to see that it was with Younger Nissan. Dealing with Sharod was easy and pleasant. He provided all the information I needed, had three vans ready for us to inspect and test drive. Then Ed, the finance manager, did an amazing job securing the best possible financing for us. He made quite a few phone calls and patiently explained the same thing to multiple people. He made very useful suggestions and addressed all my concerns. In the end, we left driving our new company van and feeling like we got a great deal. These guys are the best. More

Talk about great service everyone from service, sales, parts and finance is helpful and nice. Let’s start with Jeff at parts, super knowledgeable, good sense of humor and really helpful. If there is a part or accessory you need for your Nissan he’ll find it. Service department, all of them are great helping you out with your vehicle. Today I met Doug who answered all my questions, told me what I should do to keep my car running and what I don’t need (which I asked him about first). That’s the way you keep someone coming back and recommending your shop, HONESTY! Last but not least is financing with Ed. Those of you have financed before know that when your at the end of the sale the Finance manager could make or break it depending on how he or she treats you when your about to drop down some hard cash and commit to 3-6 years of payments. Not easy. He was patient answering my questions like I was the first person who ever asked the question he’s probably answered a thousand times. The guy knows what he’s doing. I guess buy now you know I recommend you checking out Younger Nissan, you won’t be disappointed. I also met someone in upper management who didn’t try to sell me anything or asked what I was doing in the dealership, just asked me if I was getting great service while I was here, and then took the time to talk about life (we were close in age) and how things change.
